What Insurance Plans Does SmileArc Pediatric Dentistry Accept?
At SmileArc Pediatric Dentistry, we believe every child deserves excellent dental care in a setting that feels welcoming, supportive, and affordable. As a trusted local pediatric dental office, we work with many insurance providers to help families in our community access the care their children need.
Because insurance participation can change, our accepted plans may be updated from time to time. If you do not see your insurance listed below, please call our office, our team is happy to help confirm your benefits and answer any questions.
What In-Network Insurance Plans We accept?

Aetna PPO, Ameritas, Arizona Complete Health (AHCCCS), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Careington, Cigna PPO, Delta Dental PPO, Dentemax, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Liberty Dental, Lincoln Financial, Lineco, MetLife, Mutual of Omaha, Premier Access, Principal, Southwest Services, Sun Life (formerly Assurant), TDA PPO, UMR, United Concordia, United Healthcare PPO, United Healthcare Community Plan (AHCCCS), and UNUM.
Understanding Your Insurance & Payments
Before your child’s appointment, we will contact your insurance provider and do our best to give you an estimated out-of-pocket cost. Please note that insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment or coverage, and the estimated portion is due at the time of the visit.
As a courtesy, our SmileArc Pediatric Dentistry team submits all insurance claims on your behalf. Once your insurance has processed the claim, any remaining balance will be billed to you. Dental insurance helps reduce the cost of care, but parents or guardians are responsible for all charges, regardless of insurance coverage.
Billing & Payment Information
If you receive a statement with a remaining balance, we ask that payment be made as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations can occur, and our team is always available to discuss billing questions or payment concerns.
For your convenience, our local pediatric dental office accepts most major credit cards. Please remember that payment responsibility remains with the family, regardless of insurance benefits.
If you have questions about insurance, billing, or scheduling an appointment with a pediatric dentist near you, we’re always happy to help, just give our office a call.
Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that budgeting for your child’s dental care can feel overwhelming at times. Our easy financing options are designed to help families in our community get the care their children need, without added stress. Below are answers to common questions parents often ask when exploring payment and financing options with a pediatric dentist near them.
Can I use financing for both preventive and restorative dental care?
Yes. Financing options can often be used for a wide range of pediatric dental services, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and other recommended treatments. Our team can help you understand what services qualify before your child’s visit.
Is financing available if I don’t have dental insurance?
Absolutely. Many families choose financing even without dental insurance. Easy financing options are designed to help make pediatric dental care more manageable, regardless of insurance status.
Will applying for financing affect my credit score?
Some financing providers may perform a credit check during the application process. However, approval requirements and credit impact vary depending on the provider. Our team is happy to explain the process and help you decide what feels right for your family.
Can I combine financing with insurance benefits?
Yes, financing is often used to cover out-of-pocket costs after insurance benefits are applied. This can be especially helpful for managing deductibles, co-pays, or treatment not fully covered by insurance.
Who can help me choose the best payment option?
Our knowledgeable front office team is always available to walk you through financing and payment options. We take the time to answer questions and help families choose a solution that fits their needs.
